What is Exoderil?
Exoderil (naftifine) is antifungal treatment. Active against skin fungi, yeasts, molds, etc. It is effective for the treatment of fungal infections on toenails and fingernails, which vary in the length of treatment. It can take months to see results. Thus, it takes almost a year for toenail treatment when a new nail has to grow free from fungus. Exoderil is suitable for the treatment of fungal infections of the feet, especially between the toes, and fungal toenails and fingernails. Treatment course is generally 6 months for fingernails and between 9 and 12 months for toenails.
Exoderil works better if you first thin the nails with a file. Thus, this helps the medication get through the hard nail surface to the underlying fungus.

Mycotic infection of skin or skin folds, interdigital mycoses, mycotic infection of nails, Candida infection of skin, pityriasis vesicolor, inflammatory dematomycoses. Exoderil Topical Solution is used for Athlete’s foot, Jock itch, Ringworm and other conditions. Thus, it works by killing the fungi.
